I’m not sure how much weight I’ve lost thus far - it would be hard to tell anyway as I managed to start this just before the beginning of that time of the month (yah bloating!).

But yeah, cupcakes I’m missing. I’ve switched to Coke Zero and between that and the non-fat vanilla yogurt shakes I make in the evening, I’m managing my sweet tooth :D

  1. murphysbride said: My biggest weakness has always been and will always be sweets. But the yogurt really helps me with the sweet cravings. I haven’t had any soda cause I can’t drink diet drinks, so I’ve been drinkin iced coffee with skim milk, unsweet tea and water.
