Mid-afternoon snack: Strawberry cupstard (grin..made by my daughter last night)
Dinner: Was not hungry. This is a bit weird now. I’m attributing it to water.
Late night treat: Vanilla non-fat yogurt shake
Exercise: 30 minute early morning walk (humid!!)
