Happy Thanksgiving to all :)

On Thanksgiving Day proper, we will have my two younger children while my oldest is off with her father for the holiday. As such, I’m wanting to cater the main meal to accommodate all. Ok, when I say “all” I mean I’m wanting to come up with things my middle gal will actually eat.

She’s a picky eater - very picky. We all thought she’d outgrow this but here she is, 14 and still exceedingly picky. Did I mention she’s picky? Anyway, she will eat the tiniest bit of turkey (I think mainly out of a feeling of obligation) and can chow down more than a few dinner rolls. 

Maybe the trick here is to put out “munchies” prior to the big meal that way I know she’s eating something and not worry about the main meal having to cater to her.

In any case, what are you all doing for your Thanksgiving meal?

According to Wikipedia - Thanksgiving, or Thanksgiving Day (Canadian French: Jour de l’Action de grâce), occurring on the second Monday in October, is an annual Canadian holiday to give thanks at the close of the harvest season. Although some people thank God for this bounty, the holiday is mainly considered secular.
